Every culture has a version of a Blood Sausage. Usually these contain fillers like Oats, or Rice, but ours is 100% Meat and Spices. No fillers at all. The main seasoning for the Meat is organic warm spices from Indonesia, like Clove, Coriander and Cinnamon, Apple, and a touch of Brandy. The blood gives a richness that is balanced with the tart and sweet Apples.
